I was born and raised in New Jersey, wait! Don't go away! I went to NYU for Drama and I’ve been living in the city ever since. Between live shows, film and new media projects, or improv, sketch, and standup comedy, I’ve tried a little of everything. In addition, thanks to some great commercial agents, I’ve done national voiceover and on-camera commercials. I’m always excited to produce original work, write new scripts, and collaborate on projects.

THE LIFE STORY

I started dancing when I was three--ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop, and continued for eight years. My love for the arts grew to include singing and acting, so naturally, musical theater became my obsession. I was in school productions and community theater, highlights include: Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, Sharpay in High School Musical, and Ms. Hannigan in Annie.

Now I have a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch, and at the Atlantic Acting School, I took classes in voice, speech, suzuki, script analysis, and more. One semester, I studied Shakespeare in London at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Finally, I went to Stonestreet Film Studios, where I learned the nuances of acting on camera, developed screenwriting skills, and compiled my first reel.

After graduating, I was in a touring company with the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey called "Shakespeare LIVE!"  We condensed Julius Caesar and A Midsummer Night's Dream to an hour each, and brought our shows to hundreds of schools. Then I was cast as an ensemble member in “Macbeth” starring Kenneth Branagh at the Park Avenue Armory.

For a while, I was in Off-Broadway's most irreverent show, “Drunk Shakespeare.” Now I am a teaching artist and a performer with Broadway Murder Mysteries and The Mystery Players. I also do puppet shows for kiddos, and make up songs at “On The Spot,” a musical improv show at the Broadway Comedy Club. My sketch comedy troupe was called Thank You For Your Cervix, performing at the PIT and UCB. If you still want more, here’s a pilot that I co-produced and starred in, called “Sloppy.”

If you're here, that means you care about my story.  Thank you for reading, and keep watching. 😉
